Chef Kojo has been decorating cakes for 10 years plus traveling all over the world to sharpen up his skills learning and watching closely to perfect his craft, to deliver a signature taste and style.
Kojo is very detailed and experience in his craft. He graduated from Johnson & Wales with an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry, Bachelor's Degree in Food Service and Master Degree in Business Administration. Also, studied abroad at Florence University of the Arts learning different baking and pastry techniques.
